We accept inquiries and reservations via our website, mail, e-mail, fax, or in-person at our hotel’s reception. The user agrees to comply with our General Terms of Service when booking accommodation through these channels. The information provided in this text has a binding effect on both the user and the Dormitorij hotel. It is important that the user provide all required information when reserving capacity. In order to ensure the validity of the reservation, the user must guarantee it with a deposit or a valid credit card. Before departure, the hotel reception receives payment for all services. Our central sales office confirms reservations made through our online system. You can get the certificate online, by email, or by fax. Upon arrival at the hotel, present the notification or confirmation of the reservation at reception.
Please note that guests are required to pay the residence tax when settling their hotel bill, in accordance with the regulations on residence tax payment. The rate of residence tax in Croatia varies depending on the season and location of your stay. The residence tax does not apply to children under the age of 12, and those aged 12 to 18 are eligible for a 50% discount. Your bill will clearly display the residence tax amount when you settle it.
The price of the service corresponds to the price per person per day or per room per day, as stated in the price list of accommodation services. The price does not include additional services, which are subject to separate charges. Please note that Hotel Dormitorij reserves the right to change service prices at any time. The Dormitorij hotel promises to respect the prices at the time of booking for accommodation service users who have made an advance payment or agreed to a reservation guarantee.
The facilities and accommodation comprising Hotel Dormitorij have been categorized by the authorized bodies of the Croatian Ministry of Tourism in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, Hotel Dormitorij reserves the right to change the reservation or the way of providing services at any time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to exchange the confirmed accommodation and/or service for the same or more categories at the same price, and we will promptly inform the guest of all changes. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund the full amount if we cannot find an alternative accommodation and the guest has paid in advance.
If the guest wants to change or cancel the reservation at his own request, he must do so in writing (e-mail, letter, or fax). If changes to the reservation are not possible and therefore the guest cancels the confirmed reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
The Dormitorij hotel’s responsibility is to consistently ensure the quality of service offered in accordance with relevant laws, professional standards, and generally accepted norms and practices within the tourism and hospitality sectors. Unless circumstances beyond our control hinder this, Hotel Dormitorij will endeavor to fulfill all assumed obligations in full.
It is mandatory for the service user to obtain and carry all necessary personal documentation upon arrival and departure from accommodation at the Dormitorij hotel. In addition, the service user must comply with the dormitory hotel’s accommodation rules. Additionally, we recommend that the service user verify the visa requirements between the Republic of Croatia and their country of origin prior to arrival, and confirm if they need any additional travel documents for entry and stay in the Republic of Croatia.
If a mutually acceptable agreement cannot resolve any disputes or disagreements, the local competent court in Dubrovnik will arbitrate.
Upiti i rezervacije prihvaćaju se preko naših web stranica, poštom, elektronskom poštom, faksom ili osobno na recepciji našeg hotela. Rezervacijom smještaja putem ovih kanala korisnik se slaže da će se pridržavati naših Općih uvjeta pružanja usluge. Podaci navedeni u ovom tekstu obvezuju i korisnika i hotel Dormitorij. Važno je da korisnik prilikom rezervacije kapaciteta navede sve tražene podatke. Kako bi se osigurala valjanost rezervacije, korisnik je mora jamčiti pologom ili valjanom kreditnom karticom. Plaćanje svih usluga vrši se na recepciji hotela prije polaska. Rezervacije izvršene putem našeg online sustava potvrđuje naš centralni prodajni ured. Potvrdu možete dobiti online, e-poštom ili faksom. Obavijest/potvrdu rezervacije predočite na recepciji po dolasku u hotel.
Sukladno propisima o plaćanju boravišne pristojbe, napominjemo da su gosti dužni podmiriti boravišnu pristojbu prilikom podmirenja hotelskog računa. Stopa boravišne pristojbe u Hrvatskoj varira ovisno o sezoni i mjestu vašeg boravka. Djeca do 12 godina oslobođena su plaćanja boravišne pristojbe, a ona od 12 do 18 godina imaju pravo na popust od 50%. Iznos boravišne pristojbe bit će jasno istaknut na Vašem računu prilikom podmirenja računa.
Cijena usluge odgovara cijeni po osobi/danu ili po sobi/danu, kako je navedeno u cjeniku usluga smještaja. Dodatne usluge nisu uključene u cijenu i posebno se naplaćuju. Napominjemo da Hotel Dormitorij zadržava pravo promjene cijena usluga u bilo kojem trenutku. Za korisnike usluge smještaja koji su uplatili akontaciju ili pristali na jamstvo rezervacije, Dormitorij hotel jamči da će cijene u trenutku rezervacije biti ispoštovane.
Hotel Dormitorij kategoriziran je od strane ovlaštenih tijela Ministarstva turizma RH sukladno važećim zakonskim propisima.
Ukoliko gost želi promijeniti ili otkazati rezervaciju na vlastiti zahtjev, to mora učiniti pismenim putem (e-mailom, pismom ili faxom). Ukoliko promjene rezervacije nisu moguće te zbog toga gost otkaže potvrđenu rezervaciju, primjenjuju se sljedeći uvjeti otkazivanja:
Odgovornost hotela Dormitorij je dosljedno osiguravanje kvalitete ponuđene usluge, u skladu s relevantnim zakonima, profesionalnim standardima i općeprihvaćenim normama i praksama unutar sektora turizma i ugostiteljstva. Hotel Dormitorij nastojat će ispuniti sve preuzete obveze u cijelosti, osim ako to ne ometaju okolnosti koje su izvan naše kontrole.
Obavezno je da korisnik usluga prilikom dolaska i odlaska iz smještaja u hotelu Dormitorij pribavi i nosi svu potrebnu osobnu dokumentaciju. Dodatno, korisnik usluge mora se pridržavati pravila smještaja koje je propisao hotel Dormitorij. Nadalje, preporuča se korisniku usluge da prije dolaska provjeri uvjete vize između Republike Hrvatske i zemlje podrijetla, te se uvjeri da li su potrebni dopunski putni dokumenti za ulazak i boravak u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Eventualni sporovi ili nesuglasice rješavat će se međusobnim dogovorom na način koji će zadovoljiti obje strane. U slučaju nemogućnosti rješenja, priznat će se nadležnost suda u Dubrovniku.
